Does Cavatore work without a connection?
Yes. Everything works offline and every entry is stored on your device.
Where is my data kept?
On your device only. Cavatore has no account, no cloud sync and no server of its own — nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Can I edit the hunting season windows?
Yes, in Rules → Your season calendar. The shipped months are typical windows; your region's official calendar may differ, so the app lets you adjust each species.
Does Cavatore identify truffles from a photo, or set a price?
No. It is a private logbook, not an identification tool or a marketplace.
I switched phones — how do I move my data?
Cavatore currently keeps data on-device only, so restoring from an iOS device backup (iCloud or Finder/Xcode) is the way to bring it to a new phone.
